The cookbook is an eclectic collection reflecting the diversity of classes I offered at my cooking school. There are 12 chapters ranging from appetizers to desserts, Asian to French, with many ethnic cuisines included, reflecting my interests in the American Melting Pot and international cultures I have experienced throughout my travels. I want this book to become your "go-to" cookbook for all occasions.
In these pages you’ll find easy, make-ahead recipes as well as more complex creations to challenge you. There is an icon with a clock after the title of each recipe that has make-ahead components, and 1, 2 or 3 chef’s hat(s) to indicate whether a recipe is: 1 hat Easy, 2 hats of Medium difficulty, and 3 hats A Challenge but worth it. There is a Cook's Tip at the end of each chapter, which holds important information, as well as a chuckle hopefully.
